Monday
Kickoff
30–45 minute call to align on goals, audience, and visuals.
We get on Zoom, walk through your business, your customer, and the one thing you want your site to actually do. By the end of the call you've picked the package, signed off on a structure, and we have everything we need to start.
You bring
- A rough sense of what you want visitors to do (book, buy, call, join)
- Your logo and brand colors (or just say "design these too")
- Login access to your domain, if you have one
We deliver
- Confirm package and timeline
- Lock the page structure (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
- Schedule daily check-ins for the rest of the week
- Day 2
Tuesday – Wednesday
Design
We translate your brand into a real layout — every page.
While you go about your week, we design every page in your brand colors and typography. No three-month exploration phase — we use the structure we agreed on Monday and the patterns we know convert for your kind of business. You get a Loom video at the end of Wednesday showing the full design.
You bring
- Photos, logos, and content you want to feature (drop in a shared folder)
- 10 minutes to watch the Wednesday Loom and reply with thoughts

- Day 3
Thursday – Friday
Build
Design becomes a real, fast website. Forms, content, integrations.
We code your site in Next.js (the same stack we use for our own and for sites you've never had to think about because they just work). Content goes in, contact forms get wired to your inbox, any integrations you need get connected, and we test it on every device we can find.
You bring
- Final copy, photos, and product info if any are still outstanding
- Login details for any tools we're connecting (email, booking, payments)
We deliver
- Code every page from the approved design
- Wire forms, lead magnets, and email integrations
- Cross-device + cross-browser testing
- Friday-evening preview link for you to walk
- Day 4
Saturday
Review
You walk the site, leave feedback, we polish.
You get a private preview URL Saturday morning. Click around, make a list of anything that feels off, send it our way. One revision round — typically copy tweaks, minor visual adjustments, content swaps. No endless back-and-forth.

Monday
Launch
Site goes live + a walkthrough so you can manage it yourself.
We point your domain at the new site Monday morning. SSL, sitemap, analytics — all done. Then we book one final call where we walk through the built-in editor so you can update content, swap photos, and add pages without ever calling us again. Care plan starts the same day if you opted in.

Common questions
The honest answers.
- What if I miss a check-in or don't have content ready?
- Each day has a fallback — for design, we use placeholder copy; for build, we use stock photos. We can hold the launch by one week if you'd rather wait. We do not extend past two weeks without a scope change.
- Does "one week" mean calendar week or business days?
- Calendar week, Monday to Monday. The seven days are Mon kickoff → Sat review → next Mon launch. We work over the weekend so you don't have to.
- What if I want major changes after launch?
- Small changes (text, photos, a new section) are included in any Care plan. Major rebuilds (new branding, full restructure) are quoted as a new project. Most clients never need this — the built-in editor handles most asks.
- Can I bring my own designer or copywriter?
- Yes. If you've already had brand work done, we use it. If you have copy drafted, we polish it. If you have a designer you trust, we coordinate. We can also recommend partners we've worked with if you don't.
- What if my business needs ecommerce, booking, or memberships?
- These fit in the Premium package — we integrate Stripe for payments, Cal.com for booking, or whichever tool fits. If your needs are heavier than a single-week build (large product catalogs, complex memberships), we'll let you know on the kickoff call and refer you to Beacon Labs' custom-build studio.
- What happens if I miss the Saturday review window?
- We launch the site as-is on Monday. Care plan kicks in immediately so any post-launch tweaks go through the standard 30-min/month allotment.
