We visit, photograph, measure, and test the substrate. The quote that follows is fixed, not adjusted later.

Specification & schedule

We document the product, prep level, and timeline. You pick the start date — we hold it.

Surface preparation

The unglamorous half of the job. Done in full so the finish lasts. Documented with photos before paint touches anything.

Application & sign-off

Two-coat finish, drying time respected. Final walk-through with you. Anything that bothers you gets fixed that day.
